Eat Safe Vegetables for Good Health

Every health conscious person should shop for vegetables which are beneficial to the health. When you shop for fruits and vegetables, buy those which absorb traces of toxic additives. These vegetables and fruits are "safer" foods as they cause no harm. Examples of such products are onions, cauliflower, avocado, sweet potatoes, sweet corn, pineapples, bananas, sweet peas, broccoli, cabbage, eggplant, Brussels sprouts, watermelon and blueberries. It is safe, if you eat less peaches, sweet bell peppers, nectarines, celery, cherries, strawberries, imported grapes, spinach, lettuce, pears, and potatoes.

Just make sure what you buy is produced at the local farm market. Local farms make less use of pesticides.
